Rosemary Vodka Lemonade
Spring has finally arrived, and with it, those golden hours that practically beg for a refreshing cocktail enjoyed on the patio. I wanted to share one of my absolute favorites for this season: a Rosemary Vodka Lemonade that’s as bright and herbaceous as it is easy to make.
The Nirvelli Ceramics Lemon Juicer is the perfect assist here—completely gutting your lemons to extract every last drop of goodness for the freshest lemonade you can imagine. Trust me, once you try it, you’ll never go back. And, if you’re like me and sometimes crave something non-alcoholic, this drink easily transforms into a stunning mocktail—just skip the vodka and double the sparkling water for an equally delightful sip.
Oh, and for that extra touch of charm? Serve this in a handcrafted ceramic pitcher to elevate your presentation. It’s even more fun when your pitcher and lemon juicer are a matching set!
Cheers to slow evenings, fresh flavors, and beautiful ceramics that make the everyday feel special.
With love,
Natalya

Rosemary Vodka Lemonade
Ingredients:
3 lemon slices
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (I love using Meyer Lemons)
2 tablespoons honey-rosemary syrup (recipe below)
2 ounces vodka
2 ounces sparkling water
1 sprig fresh rosemary, for garnish
Honey-Rosemary Syrup
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup honey
1 heaping tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves (removed from stem)
Instructions:
In a small pan, bring the water and honey to a gentle boil over medium heat.
As soon as it boils, remove from heat and stir in the rosemary leaves. Let it cool completely, then strain out the rosemary, pressing to get every bit of the syrup.
Fill a glass with ice. Add lemon slices, lemon juice, honey-rosemary syrup, vodka, and sparkling water. Stir to combine.
Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig—and enjoy the taste of spring in every sip!
